Worum geht es in Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy?

Jahrzehnte nach dem Ende von Dragonball GT setzt die Geschichte in dieser Special mit Son Gokus mittlerweile älter werdener Enkelin Pan und einer neuen Generation von Super Saiyajins fort – den groß-groß-Enkeln von Goku und Vegeta. 100 Jahre nach dem Ende von DBGT sind alle Helden der Erde gestorben… außer Pan, Gokus Enkelin. Pan hat eine Enkelin namens Goku Jr. Doch er besitzt nicht den Mut seines groß-groß-Großvaters. Pan erleidet einen Herzinfarkt, und Goku Jr. glaubt, er könne sie mit der Macht der vierten Dragonball retten. Gemeinsam mit dem Schulsohn versucht er, die Kugel zu finden… und entfesselt seine verborgene Tapferkeit und Kraft.
