His life goal is to give others a similar sense of hope through his anime. However, this led him to shut himself in his room to work, frequently neglecting to eat or sleep as he wanted to spend all his time creating anime. Ryota suffers from extreme anxiety, worrying constantly, and lacks self-confidence, seeing himself as a burden who fails to protect everyone. He has a weak stomach and is easily startled.
