Popo

Popo is the public voice for Issoudan, an anti-memory chip organization. He's the first to encounter Kaiba upon awakening. Popo explains the nature of the world to Kaiba and that his life is in danger. Giving him the temporary name "Warp", Popo smuggles him onto the ship Neuron to escape from Cloak, a man after Kaiba's special body.

Issoudan is an anti-memory chip organization with the goals of destroying Warp and to rid the world of body transferring technology. Popo's real motives are most likely to take the power for himself. Prior to the events of the first episode, he has Neiro's memories modified so she would stay loyal to the organization.

Popo is a powerful public speaker. His confidence and determination in Issoudan and his goal to fulfill his childhood promise allows him to continually increase his standing in the organization. He's a very confident man who's often forceful with his words. He often manipulates others and is sure of his own beliefs and opinions.

Popo is fiercely loyal to his childhood friends, Cheki and Neiro, but is often seen more devoted to Issoudan, demonstrated by harming others for their cause, even his own companions.

Popo had an undisclosed illness as a child. His mother sold her body to earn money to purchase a new one for him. He resents his mother, believing she abandoned him. He's later recruited with a large group of orphaned children by Issoudan. He befriends Neiro and Cheki and promises to become a king so they can live happily together (and so Cheki can eat nippos every day.)
