Appears in episode 3. Mildred opened a school in competition to Camilla. To make her students more educated and clever Mildred gave them a Phantom Book. Now she claims the children have become "monsters" that know everything. They take the Phantom Book and Huey burns it after Dalian states that she already has a copy in the library.
