Isami Hijikata is a first type Quasi-Spirit that first appears in Date A Live Fragment: Date A Bullet.
A boyish girl, Isami loves to battle. Unlike the other girls who ended up in the Neighboring World, she has little care about her past life. Despite being aware of her long-time rival Ayame's hatred towards her, Isami likes her and has a feeling of fondness towards her.
