Fran is a character introduced in the Wandering Witch series. She is Elaina's master and a witch.
Fran has long black hair, blue eyes, and has a beauty mark underneath her right eye. She wears a midnight-blue hat with a red ribbon coiled around it and a matching color outfit both of which have a stary night pattern in the interior.
